Week 78: Do not give up your power, self-esteem or autonomy to any person, place or thing outside of yourself.

It is wonderful to be held in high esteem and fond regard by family, friends and community, but true value can only be found by letting go of the idea of other-adoration.  The only thing that matters is how you feel about yourself and your personal integrity.
